  Inspector note: Observed water leaking under the prep sink and stagnant water on the floor. Clean to remove stagment water. Contact licensed plumber to repair air gap. Provide an invoice from a licensed plumber. 7/23/24- PIC stated that they schedule a plumber last week and the plumber did not show up. They contacted another plumber and he is scheduled to come out later today. Please email a copy of the licensed plumber invoice when the plumbing is repaired. 7/30/24- PIC stated that they have contacted a plumber and need more time. PIC stated he will email ISDHealth on Friday to confirm when the plumber will be out.
