Food ProtectionInspector note: Vegetables were observed directly on the floor of the kitchen. Although the vegetables were to be washed before use they should never be stored on the floor.

Dishwashng FacilitiesInspector note: The dish machine was not properly sanitizing at the start of the inspection. After an inspection of the machine it appears that the sanitizer line has lost it prime. The health inspector attempted to prime the machine. However the attempts failed. A service call has been placed.

Hand Cleaner Drying Tissue SignageInspector note: Provide hand towels at each of the hand sinks. Towels were missing from the hand sink within the kitchen.
