Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Raw eggs cooked rice diced onions and garlic and oil mixture observed being left out at room temperature. Discontinue and ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41F. All foods were removed at the time of the ionspection and placed back under refrigeration. Garlinc and oil mixture was voluntarily discarded at the time of the inspection.

Insects Rodents AnimalsInspector note: Evidence of what appears to be rodent droppings in teh back storage room. Clean to remove and provide an up to date pest control report for the re-inspection.

Food ProtectionInspector note: Containers of meat observed being stored on the ground of the walk-in cooler. Discontinue and ensure all foods are being stored elevated a minimum of 6 inches off the ground.

Food Contact Surfaces DesignInspector note: Plastic containers being used to dispense out of bulk food bins. Disconitnue and used handled scoops to prevent contaminationn from hands. Card board being used to cover knives. Discontinue and store knives in a clean and protected manner.

Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Card board observed lining storage shelves where canned goods are being stored. Discontinue and ensure all surfaces remain cleanable durable and smooth. Handle to the toilet in the mens restroom is missing. Address and make any necessary repairs. Toilet was still functional at the time of the inspetion.
