Inspector note: There was very limted food last week at the inspection and this week there are premade sandwiches that are prepared at the Decca location. These items have labels but they are not complete with subingedients. Provide complete labels for packaged items in the grab and go case with ingredients subingredients and major allergens identified. Reviewed labeling requirements with the manager and if the sandwiches are behind the counter they are not subject to labeling on the package as long as employees can answer questions and identify all the ingredients and allergens. Provide either labels or new location.
