Inspector note: The dishwasher in the basement has no sanitizer reading but they are washing all the dishes in the three bay sink. Repair the machine. 1/12/18 Ecolab came out and serviced the machine but it is not working again at the time of the inspection. Dishes are being washed rinsed and sanitized in the three comaprtment sink. Reapir machine.
