(A) Ceasing Operations and Reporting (Pf)Inspector note: The hot water tank is not working properly. If the tank is turned on to allow the establishment hot water the basement floods so the tank is left off and the water at the handwash sinks and three bay sink is only between 65F and 70F not hot enough to properly wash rinse and sanitize equipment. The establishment needs to close until the hot water is working properly.
