PIC Performing DutiescriticalInspector note: PIC building a small kitchen in back of location. I informed him that he will have to do a plan review by going to 1010 Mass Ave to get the ok and to apply for the proper permit. A three bay sink is on site and is being installed next week no hand sink available at this time and a reach in deli style refrigerator with prep area. PIC does not have the proper permit for The City of Boston to start making food to sell. PIC is building a counter and has a hot holding unit set up. No food found at this time.

Food ProtectionInspector note: Back stocke need to be stored off the floor 6 inches. Discontinue to store under shelves in retail area. Tins filled with patties. Not labeled and not covered. PIC stated that they were from last inspection and discarded them.
