Inspector note: No equipment thermometer observed inside of the Pepsi cooler in the basement storage area. Provide. Pepsi cooler in teh basment storage area with an elevated temperature of approximately 53F. Discontinue use unles the unit is able to maintaina temperature of below 41F. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection. Unit temperature was elevated possibly due to the door being left cracked open when the morning delivery arrived.
