Food ProtectionInspector note: PIC needs to remove all open bags of chips in retail area that have been eaten into by rodents. This needs to be monitored and address with pest control. Product displays on retail floor need to be six inches off the floor to protect the food and so the floor can be cleaned [properly. The back room needs to have products stored off the floor also. This will help the rodeint control company as stated in pest control report.
