Remove or display expired items separate from other products so customers are aware they are past "best by date". Person in Charge chose to dispose of.

Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: Rodent droppings found on shelving in snack isle (Isle 11 by cracker jack boxes)- clean to remove. Ecolab's last service was 2/17/23 - no evidence of rodents found at that time. Next visit is this month. PIC will make them aware of droppings.

Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment (C)Inspector note: Freezer unit in store has been out of service since October 2022. Not in use at this time. Electrician has been in but they are waiting for freezer service to return.

Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Snack shelving has some food debris - clean shelving in snack and food isles to remove any food debris. Areas under shelving and kickplates have some dust build up and debris - clean to remove. Floor in isle 12 under tuna fish products & Isle 10 have some food spills - clean to remove food.
