Inspector note: Hood sticker expired Aug 2016. Hood must be cleaned before re-inspection. BFD will be informed. PIC on re-inspection date stated that hood sticker was mailed to location but was not here yet. I spoke to Chris (DM) and he stated that the cleaning company for got to put sticker on hood and will email me copy of bill. PIC need to talk to cleaning company about the sticker issue and monitor.
