Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Floor under the 3 fryers next to the Blodgett ovens with grease build-up and food debris. Clean to remove. Interior of the last Blodgett oven with excess carbon build-up. Clean to remove.

Pipe under the sinlge bay preparation sink is not connected and with a bucket underneath to catch drainage water. Address and make any necessary repairs.
