PIC stated that the sauage patties had been brought out from the walk-in cooler around a half hour prior. Sausage patties were removed from the 4 door cooler and placed back into the walk-in cooler to maintain a temperature of below 41F. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are maintained at below 41F.
