Failed findings

  • Floor and Wall Junctures Coved and Enclosed or Sealed (C)
Inspector note: Observed worn grout lines throughout the establishment. Grout lines need to be re-done to ensure no food and water stay in between the tiles. Remove the refrigeration #1 and #3 from the wall and clean and sanitize the floors.
    code 590.006/6-201.13-C* · lower-severity findingstatus: Fail

Checks marked passed

  • Cleaning Agents and Sanitizers Availability (Pf)
Inspector note: At the time of the inspection I used the sanitize strips to test the 3 bay sink and sanitizer buckets. The results were blank. Observed at the 3 bay sink that the sanitizer bottle had a small amount inside the bottle. Spoke to the PIC and stated to make sure that you are using the test strips and to keep an eye on the bottles. PIC called the store manager to drop off the sanitizer. The establishment does have bleach and understand if they do not recieve the sanitizer today to use the bleach. They also have chlorine test strips.
code 590.004/4-303.11-PF** · serious findingstatus: Pass
