Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Discontinue to line shelves with tin foil. Must be a smooth durable and cleanable surface. Paint rusty peeling shelves in refrigerators. Replace sanitizer sign on three bay sink. Replace door sweep on back door.

Dishwashng FacilitiesInspector note: Three bay sink had labels wash rinse and hand washing only. PIC removed hand washing sign and will need to replace with a sanitizer sign. Also the wash bay should be closer to hand washing sink and the drain board. All three bays filled with soiled equipment and bowl under sink. Use drain board to hold soiled equipment and air dry sanitized equipment on shelves above.
