Inside ice machine with standing water and buildup around ice machine door. Clean to remove. Discontinue using ice until machine is cleaned throroughly repaired to drain properly. Bulk food storage container marinating raw pork in walkin with heavy buildup of food soils. wash/rinse/sanitize/air dry. Clean all food contact surfaces with proper frequecny.

PIC took corrective action and placed potatoes in freezer to cool to 41F or below.
