Chicken was voluntarily disposed of at the time of the re-inspection for being out of temperature for approximately 24hrs.

Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Small 2 door deli cooler with an elevated temperature of around 54F. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature below 41F. At the time of the re-inspection the small 2 door deli cooler was still slightly elevated in temperature. All foods were removed at that time. Unit is not to be used unless it is completely repaired or replaced.
