    Inspector note: Small 2 door deli cooler with an elevated temperature of around 54F. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature below 41F. At the time of the re-inspection the small 2 door deli cooler was still slightly elevated in temperature. All foods were removed at that time. Unit is not to be used unless it is completely repaired or replaced. New cooler has been ordered and verification was provided at the time of the re-inspection.
