  Inspector note: At the time of the re-inspection there were 8 catches on the glue boards located in the basement storage area. Address remove and continue with the weekly pest service. Management to provide paperwork/emails from the pest control company at the the time of the next visit. • At the time of the re-insepction pest control reports were up to date. There was still additional work that has been required by Pest management and site visits will continue weekly until further notice. All reports have been provided to the City of Boston Health Department for continued review. Management/owner is to continue working with pest control to help minimize/eliminate pest activity.
