(A) Certified Food Protection Manager (C)Inspector note: Food Safety Certificate was not posted on wall with Allergen and Health permit. PIC called the owner and I was told it was expired and he will sign up for another class. Provide certificate at re-inspection.

Food Storage Containers Identified with Common Name of Food (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to properly label food containers. I found some bulk food containers with out labels another one with vinegar grape mixture with no lable other than old garlic label.

Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to properly cover foods in storage I found raw chicken in walk in uncovered and on floor and multiple bulk food containers with out covers. Also discontinue to store food containers on the floor. Must be 6 inches off the floor at all times.

Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination (C)Inspector note: Inside ice machine I found a to go cup. PIC stated that it was not being used at a scoop but must have been left in there from yesterday. Discontinue to store or use anything other that a cleanable reuseable equipment to scoop ice.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: Clean hood filters on cooking line. Visibly soiled. Hood sticker expired in Aug 2021. PIC will need to have the hood clened before re-inspection date.

Temperature Measuring Devices-Functionality (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to provide a thermometer in four door refrigerator under grill so the temperature can be monitored. Thermometer on the unit was at 48F and the food was 44F to 46F
