  Inspector note: Some old rodent droppings found around water heater and behind the large prep table in back room. Please clean all floors and have pest control come back out. Please have a copy of the pest control report on hand for me to review. 12-11-25 Spoke to the owner on the phone. He stated that he will have pest control come out again before re-inspection. I recommended to increase the pest inspection to each week until the reports are clean with no catches or cleaning repair notes.
