Controlling Pests (C)Inspector note: Some old rodent droppings found around water heater and behind the large prep table in back room. Please clean all floors and have pest control come back out. Please have a copy of the pest control report on hand for me to review. 12-11-25 Spoke to the owner on the phone. He stated that he will have pest control come out again before re-inspection. I recommended to increase the pest inspection to each week until the reports are clean with no catches or cleaning repair notes.

Thawing (C)Inspector note: As discussed please thaw foods under running water the day before or cook frozen. Foods can not be thawed in a 5 gallon bucket in water.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the filters on the cooking line. Hood sticker good until Feb 2026.

Floors Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the floor under and behind the cooking equipment prep table and arounf water heater and ice machine. The floor all along the wall at the bar has a build up of beer bottle caps dry cut limes water and grime build up.
