Large deliu style cooler in the firstc kitchen does not appear to be operating properly. Address and discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temeprature below 41F. All foods were removed from the unit at the time of the inspection. PIC stated that the foods inside of the unit had been prepared from that morning.
