Power was shut off by BFD Upon my arrival I could not gain access due to 1-2 feet of standing water inside the location Assistant Commissioner Dan Prendergast notified. Voluntary closure issued. PIC Instructed to provide all necessary repairs clean/sanitize/disinfect using a professional licensed restoration company provide all documentation be re-inspected by building electrical & health for approval to re-open.
