Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: Copper pipe near the small walk-in freezer in the first basement area appears to be drippimg with condensation (possibly needs to be re-wrapped with insulation). Address and re-wrap copper piping. Whole observed in the side of the basement 3 bay sink leaking water on the basement floor. Address and make any necessary repairs. 3 Bay sink is still functional at this time.

Controlling Pests (C)Inspector note: Evidence of fruit fly activity noted both in the main kitchen and basement storeage area's. Address. Pest control reports were up to date at the time of the visit.
