  Inspector note: Dishwasher in main kitchen is having a problem with rinse agent being dispensed. Wash and sanitizer temperatures working properly. PIC stated that it was worked on yesterday and they the plane is to replace it with a new one from a closed location. Staff will wash and rince equipment in three bay and run it in the high temperature dishwasher to be safe. PIC stated that it will be replaced before re-inspection.
