Sanitizer at warewashing machine should test at required ppm per manafacturer instructions.

Multiple priority and priority foundation violations were found and no corrective action was taken by restaurant staff the health inspector needed to take active managerial control to correct violations. Provide a designated person in charge who is knowlegable about food safety illness policy and sanitization and that can take active managerial control.
