Records indicate that the unit had been serviced but during the inspection the unit was not operating. BISD spoke to the contractor. The contractor indicated that the evaporator had likely failed andthat he would return to repair the unit.

Vermin gnawed through the cover of one of the four trash cans and got into the flour. The flour was discarded and the pest control company had been called to set up additional traps in the back of the basement storage area.
