Inspector note: The milk in the fridge in the nourishment kitchen is elevated in the front but very cold in the back of the fridge 34F-48F. Provide proper cold holding of 41F or below. (The manager took immediate corrective action and discarded all the milk in the refrigerator. She also checked with the maintenance department because the temperature of the room was over 80F. The maintenace head says they are fixing the heat and it will be repaired in the next few hours)
