    Inspector note: Single door Blodgett oven on the cooking line is not maintaining the proper temperature - it keeps fluctuating during operation making it difficult for staff - oven appears worn and compromised - repair or reeplace as discussed moving forward - The exterior of the ice machine has broken and / or missing sections including some damage to the lid - ice is considered food and the interior of the ice machine would be a food contact surface - replace all compromised parts or replace the entire machine itself as discussed during inspection
