Discontinue and provide some provide a more convenient means of washing glassware. Glassware is being brought to the main kitchen to wash and sanitize glasses until the unit has been installed.

PIC stated that the chowder had been made from the previous night. Disconitnue and ensure proper cooling methods are in place. PIC voluntarily discarded the chowder at the time of the inspection.
