Controlling Pests (Pf)Inspector note: In the basement observed large areas and amounts of large dark rodent droppings throughout basement no activity in other parts of restuarant observed during the inspection. Pest Control Operator was contacted during the inspection to perform and emergency service tomorrow. Send the IPM report once service is completed to isdhealth@boston.gov and the report should show no captures no evidence of pests and any exclusionary recommendations have been completed and that the basement has been cleaned and sanitized of droppings.
