PIC stated that the hearts had just been removed fromthe can. Artichoke was removed at the time of the inspection and only to be placed back on the service line when at below 41F.

Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: Floor near steam tables very odorous. PIC stated that maintenance is aware of the situation and work orders have been placed for repiars to be made. Address and repair if necessary. Floor in soda room with excess moisture. Clean to remove.
