  Inspector note: Electric pizza oven in disrepair due to small electrical fire inside insulation in unit. The fire was extinguised with a fire extinguisher. Ansul system did not discharge. Oven has been disconnected and breaker has been locked. Spoke with Evangeline Maxwell by who phone will refer to electrical. Spoke with On call electrical inspector by phone stated he spoke with griffin electrical who is handling the repairs. Griffin electrical too emial detailed report on work that as performed on pizza oven. Make all necessary repairs to pizza oven.
