Focus on areas under behind and around all equipment shelving and tables. Clean rubber surface lining the basement stairs. On some stairs the rubber material is coming loose from individul stairs. Repair rubber material where needed.

The manager reports a water line from a McCafe machine on the service line upstairs broke causing the leak and flooding. Once leak is stopped and repaired replace damaged and saturated ceiling tiles on basement ceiling. Also clean and sanitize all surfaces that were affected by the leak. In other parts of the basement replace missing and stained ceiling tiles on basement ceiling. Repair damaged wall surfaces next to the walk in. Also repair damaged wall surface at the walk in area where the leak occured.
