Checks marked passed

  • Food Protection
Inspector note: Washed green onions were observed to be draining/drying on the baffles of the three-bay sink within the basement preparation area. The baffles and sink were observed to have been cleaned. Management stated that the sink was cleaned and sanitized before it was utilized for food preparation. A separate box of green onions was observed to have been set on top of the hand sink basin to drain/dry. The basin of the hand sink is not an appropriate location for this practice because there exists a potential for cross contamination by those seeking to wash their hands. Discontinue the practice.
