Address and make any necessary repairs. Foods insied of the walk-in were at the appropriate temeprature. Service call has been palced and will be repaired upon arriva. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to function properly. • Small ceramic cup being used to dispense out of bulk food bin of beans inside of the walk-in cooler. Discontinue and provide a handled scoop to prevent contamination from hands.
