Inspector note: Observed baked potato 112F and beans 106F in ambient temperature. PIC states that they had been out for less than 1 hour and they are waiting them to put them in the refrigerator. No logs or schedules mantained. Upon my request PIC placed them inside refrigerating unit. Provide proper cooling methods and follow proper time/temperature limits.
