Cold HoldingcriticalInspector note: Cooked Pigs feet soup and beef at 55F. PIC stated the food had been our of temperature for around an hour and half. PIC removed foods and placed them in a refrigerator to maintain a temperature of 41F and below. Cooked pig feet and pork chops at 55F. PIC stated itbhad been in the refrigerator for over 15hrs.. PIC voluntarily disposed and denatured at time of inspection.
