Discontinue and ensure all foods are being maintained at below 41F. PIC stated that the chicken salad had been made from the previos night. Chicken salad was voluntraily disposed of at the time of the inspection.

Boxes of food observed being stored on the ground of the walk-in cooler. Disconitnue and ensure all foods are elevated a minimum of 6 inches off the ground.

Non-Food Contact SurfacesInspector note: Faucet of the hand sink in the main service area cracked. Replace. 2 Door deli style unit at the front service area not operating below 41F. Discontinue use unless the unit is able to maintain a temperature of below 41F. All foods were removed at the time of the inspection and placed into a unit that was at below 41F.
