Inspector note: Floor of the basement storage room is compromised - several different areas of the floor have missing / broken areas where it has become dangerous to walk upon to get the refrigerated walk -in unit for employee to attend to their lockers and well as for staff to dispose of soiled lines and gather up soda fo bring upstairs to the kitchen area - main damaged area is directly in the middle of the path to all of these locations - floors shall be [ CLEAN - SMOOTH - DURABLE and NON-ABSORBANT ] according to the food code -address as discussed to minimize potential accidents and potential injury
