Also you will need to review with all staff on how to properly wash rinse and sanitize in a three bay sink. At this time it could not be set up.

Handwashing Cleanser Availability (Pf)Inspector note: At this time found hand sink by three bay sink to be empty and the other on cooking line had no soap. Please monitor.

Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises (C)Inspector note: Discontinue to store product on the floor in the walk in. Must be 6 inches off the floor.

Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to remove ice build up in the two door freezer at the top of the stairs. General cleaning of shelves in kitchen and warewashing areas.

Ventilation Hood Systems Filters (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to clean the hood filters on the cooking line. Also the hood sticker expired in Sept 2023. Please have this cleaned before re-inspection.

Cutting Surfaces (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to replace any cutting boards with deep dark scores in them. An off white cutting board stored behind three bay sink faucet will need to be replaced.

Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas (C)Inspector note: PIC will need to replace any broken floor tiles in the kitchen area and also the ones going to the basement and subfloor.
