Inspector note: Evidence of rodent activity with disturbed screening under planter in front of front door evidence of cockroach activity in basement prep area. Clean and sanitize all affected areas. Provide updated and detailed IPM pest control report upon re inspection post dated after today's visit that states proper treatments applied including inside basement drop ceiling. To contact COB ISD Environmental concerning burrows in city tree base in front of front entrance of the business. Owner has secured new Pestex as new contractor due out before the end of this week (2/27/26). Ensure management meets with the Technician to point out any problem areas and conduct a full assessment of the inside and outside areas and any needed treatments exlusionary work sanitary concerns or harborage areas(s) that may need to be addressed with the proffesional IPM report.

Inspector note: Numerous pieces of out of use seasonal furniture street patio decking. Remove. Clutter around outside rear seasonal bar. Numerous heat lamps propane tanks patio furniture in the outside rear area conducive to harborage or vermin. Remove items not in use. Make arrangements for off site storage during off season in the future.
