Controlling Pests (C)Inspector note: No new signs of pest activity upon revisit. Suspect areas have been cleaned of evidence of cockroaches. ISD environmental advised of tree bed on public sidewalk in front of business. Owner has secured new Pestex as new contractor due out before the end of this week this week. Ensure management meets with the Technician to point out any potential problem areas and conduct a full assessment of the inside and outside areas and any needed treatments exlusionary work sanitary concerns or harborage areas(s) that may need to be addressed with the proffesional IPM report.

Numerous heat lamps propane tanks patio furniture in the outside rear area conducive to harborage or vermin. Remove items not in use. Make arrangements for off site storage during off season in the future.
