    Inspector note: Cooked clam chowder inside of the 2nd 2 door True deli cooler with an elevated temperature of 53F. PIC stated it had been recently cooked and brought from the walk-in cooler. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are being maintained at below 41F. All foods with elevated temperatures were removed from teh unit and placed into the walk-in refrigerator.

Replace.
