Food Contact Surfaces DesignInspector note: The wooden preparation table covered with a laminate must be repaired/resurfaced/replaced. The preparation table must be non-absorbent cleanable and durable.

Three Compartment SinkInspector note: If you cannot repair the dish machine the existing two basin sink should be replaced with a three basin sink with drain boards. A detergent sanitizer was observed for the two basin sink.

Improper Maintenance of FloorsInspector note: The floor beneath the grill must be cleaned and then repaired. The floor must be durable non-absorbent and cleanable. The ownership have stated that the flooring is to be removed and replaced with ceramic tile this winter. The flooring at the foot of the stairs and hallway in front of the ice machine should be sealed/painted/resurfaced. The walk-in should be swept.
