Food ProtectionInspector note: Provide proper storage of food product within the freezer. Boxes of product were observed on the floor of the unit. Management stated that the establishment had received a chicken delivery in the morning and that the staff would later properly rotate and store the product.

Hand Cleaner Drying Tissue SignageInspector note: Promptly replace hand towels at each hand sink. The hand sinks at all but the rear preparation area beside the walk in were properly stocked. The hand towel dispenser in the rear preparation area was empty. However staff replaced the towels during the inspection. * All of the hand sinks were wet with visual evidence of recent usage.
