Discotinue and used hand;ed scoops to prevent contamination from hands. • Single door upright refrigeration unit with an elevated temperature of 50F. All TCS foods were removed at the time of the inspection. Only whole produce was left inside of the unit. Discontinue use for TCS foods unless the unit is able to maintain a tmeprature below 41F.
