Food Contact Surfaces CleancriticalInspector note: There is no sanitizer reading in the low temp dishwasher and the glass washer. Provide proper sanitizer levels to be sure equipment is cleaned and sanitized. (The sink was setup to clean and sanitize eqiupment and the dishwasher company was called to repair the machines) 6/13/19 The dishwashers are still not repaired and the employees are using them to clean equipment. Repair dishwashers and ensure they are not used until they are properly repaired.
