(A)-(P) Person-In-Charge-Duties (Pf)Inspector note: Responded to the location while "On Call" for a reported fire at the establishment. Upon arrival I spoke to chef Thomas Park. The chef explained that there was a fire at the fry station Fire was put out by staff with a chemical powder extinguisher. Assistant Commissioner Dan Prendergast was notified. Establishment to remain voluntarily closed. Provide all necessary repairs cleaning/sanitizing provide all documentation. Be re-inspected by building plumbing & health befor approval to re-open. Replace kitchen fire extinguishers as discussed with the Chef.

(B) and (C) Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces Nonfood-Contact Surfaces and Utensils (C)Inspector note: Chemical extinguisher discharge due to fire at the fry station. Clean all counters prep tables dinner wares to remove evidence of extinguisher discharge. Clean behind fry station/double deck oven to remove grease build up.
